Crown Woods College with the help of Greenwich Sports Academy held a basketball tournament in the newly built 2012 Centre for all the primary schools within its catchment area. The tournament was a success with Eltham Church of England School emerging victorious with a sizzling display of defensive strategy. Fun was had be all participants and the response was fantastic from all of the children, who are looking forward to hosting many more. Heide Rocas, Greenwich Sports Academy Coach and Head Coach for Greenwich University Girls Basketball team commented on the level of talent coming through the school system and stated that it can only get better.
